A different image of railroad track damage appeared in the Minneapolis "Star Journal" with the caption: "Flash flood which hit Spring Valley, Wisconsin, washed out these Northwestern railroad tracks, bending and twisting them." Printed on EKC paper (this stamp box design used 1930-1950). Unused.
