Welcome to UWRF AtoM

AtoM (Access to Memory) is a search tool for archival collections in the University of Wisconsin - River Falls University Archives (UA) and the Area Research Center (ARC). You can browse our collections using the search bar above.

To isolate your search to UA or ARC collections, use the browse drop down above and select an archival institution, where you can further limit your search. AtoM does not currently include our newspaper microfilm collections or those local history and genealogical books located in the reading room on the UWRF campus. Please visit our homepage to access those resources (https://www.uwrf.edu/AreaResearchCenter/).

Please contact us at archives@uwrf.edu or 715 425 3567 if you have questions about the search tool, accessing our collections, or to make an appointment.

Harmful language
At the UWRF UA-ARC, we do our best to preserve our collections within the historic context in which they were created. As a result, some of our collections may contain content that reproduces beliefs and values that, in contemporary settings, are recognized as harmful, offensive, and inappropriate. These collections are products of beliefs that persisted in specific time periods and provide researchers with details about the dynamic social conflict that has existed at UWRF and other Wisconsin communities.
