Patriotic Day parade on Main Street, River Falls, Wisconsin

Real-photo postcard with image of the Patriotic Day parade on Main Street in River Falls, Wisconsin (April 27, 1917), showing men--some with drums and musical instruments, and American flags--marching in two lines down the middle of a dirt street; the men may be Civil War veterans. Many automobiles and several horse-and-buggies on either side of them. Main Street businesses can be seen in the background. Many pedestrians can be seen on the sidewalk in front of the businesses. Printed on Azo Paper, with all four triangles pointing up (used 1904-1918). Unused.
