If I went to Kilkenny now wold [sic] find a good many changes, well such is life. Mamma went to Rochester last wek [sic] and nothing can be done for her. Drs said her life was just a matter of time now. Poor mamma, guess there is nothing more to do but to take good care of her. Mamma & Julie are coming home by way of Faribault. They will visit there now a while. This week has been a lovely wek [sic]. Its swell out today. Maggie is going to leave U.[?] in March to make their home in Havre, Mont. They have taken a homestead. Harold is now a big man. Good bye, Amelia. Is Frank Judd married yet?"
