Real-photo postcard with image of a portion of Plum City, Pierce County, Wisconsin. The bird's-eye view shows the Hotel Plum City, a feed stable, the school, several other barns, houses, and commercial buildings, with a group of men in the field behind the school, possibly playing baseball. George Gfall's general store was part of the hotel complex. Several buggies can be seen parked between the hotel and stable. Printed on Azo paper with all four triangles pointing up (used 1904-1918). Message: Addressed to Mr. Vic Bloomstrom [Blomstrom], Plum City, Wisc. "Miss Celis Osesel. I bught a box of pease and found you [your?] add [ad?] in it so I will send you a card of my home town. Please [-----] for fine time." Postally unused.

The photo shows a wooden, two-story building, with people on the boardwalk outside, a buggy and horse, several wagons and several horses. Printed on Azo paper with all four triangles pointing up (used 1904-1918). Addressed to Mrs. Mary Oberding, Plum City, Wisconsin, but was not mailed. Added in a different handwriting and ink: Clara King, Spooner, Wisconsin Mary was Clara's mother.
