The Oracle was a one-time publication of the Junior Rhetoric Class of the River Falls State Normal School in the Spring of 1915. The publication was not intended to be a school paper, but it was hoped it would evolve into one. The class designed The Oracle as an outlet for students' "literary genius". The publication includes short stories by students, campus happenings, and local advertisements.
