Statements list state, county, municipal, highway, and school district taxes and special assessments levied, and for what purposes; loans outstanding from the state; special charges owed by the municipality to the state or county; assessed valuation of lands subject to school district taxes; tax rates; and amount of bonded indebtedness. Copies of these statements were submitted to the State Department of Taxation and its predecessor, the Wisconsin Tax Commission.
