Materials housed in this series were identified as County Court materials when they were acquired for permanent retention by the Society. Dates of materials are the dates the cases were initially assigned a case file number in County Court, not the inclusive range of dates of materials filed therein. Some files that were initially seen in County Court falling within the range of dates of these materials (1970-1977), include items dating post 1977 that are stamped "Circuit Court". These cases had continued litigation through the County and Circuit Court consolidation in 1978.
