Printed on EKC paper (this stamp box design used 1930-1950). Message: "She has many more of these beautifull [sic] things all hand carved, would you send these pictures back to me." Note added by donor "(written by my mother Eva Othelia Fautsch, Edina, MN, ca. 1940s)".

Grader at work on 'Soo' Line, Somerset, Wisconsin

Real-photo postcard with image of construction on the Minneapolis, St. Paul and Sault Ste. Marie Railroad, commonly known as the Soo Line. Horse-drawn wagons are being used to move heavy equipment. Printed on Azo paper with all four triangle pointing up (used 1904-1918). Message on verso: "haven't you seen cars go thrugh [sic] Onconta. this beatr [sic] Shorting [?] all to H. Can't you think Jennie said she never herd [sic] of the Soo Line." Message is not addressed to anyone, nor signed. Postcard was not mailed.
