In 2009, Affirmative Action/Equal Opportunity Officer E. Craig Morris launched two research studies: a Quality of Work/Life Study in January 2009, and a Campus Climate Survey to investigate campus climate in terms of inclusivity, bias, acceptance, etc. The materials in this sub-series include both reports and memos of the Faculty Diversity Committee and Diversity and Inclusivity Committee requesting action be taken by the administration to address the issues found in the reports.
