Collections are comprised of photographs and subject files organized into a variety of series. It is unclear why there are series that overlap but they may coincide with being collected at different times or collections located in different places.
Includes print photographs by subject (circa 1850-1980s; 9 cubic feet in 9 boxes 27.B.4); print photographs of people (circa 1970-1980; 3 cubic feet, 27.B.5); print photographs and negatives by date (24.2 cubic feet, see rows 27 and 28.C/D); "genealogical"/subject files (12 cubic feet, row 26); "Crime" related records (2 cubic feet, 27.F.3), and miscellaneous pubs and scrapbooks (8 cubic feet, 28.B.2-1 - A.4-3.
One folder of photographs titled, Hudson graduation 1972 was originally accessioned separately but will be collated with the remaining series once the collection is processed.
This folder contains images that appear to have been the mock-ups for the 1972 HHS yearbook. All the photographs, with the exception of 2 loose images, were attached to a white background paper titled with notes and page number, unclear if this is where the pages were supposed to go in the yearbook or not. 1972 HHS yearbook was unavailable for comparison at time of transfer. Some photos appear to have names on back (Original yellow folder labeled 1972 graduation was not retained with the pictures). Photographs were in good condition aside from being affixed with a tape fastener, which was not loose at time of review
