Logo: Three-leaf clovers on each end of a bone-shaped logo with the words Litho-Chrome in large letters in the middle, Trade Mark below, Leipzig, Berlin, Dresden above, plus the clovers have a letter on each leaf: A, N, C. No stamp or postmark. Message: Addressed to Mrs. S. Hampton, Colton, Cal. My dear Friends - Thank you [sic] all for your dear greeting. I wish you all a very Happy New Year and Mama & I often talk of of [sic] our dear visits with you. Ask Rowena if she can still climb Mt. Lowe? I have tho't many times of our trip there. We were so grieved to hear of dear Nellie Gates' death. Poor girl it was so hard. Lots of love to you all -- Mattie Putnam."
