Postcard with image of a fairly new looking block of identical brick stores with white decorative cornice along the top of the whole block. The street in front is dirt, but there is a cement sidewalk along the entire block. An electric pole is in front of the block about half way down. Date from postmark: Dec 1913; mailed from Wisconsin and re-posted in Oregon, probably Portland; green 1¢ Washington stamp. Message: Addressed to C.M. Libby, Box 6 Homer Ave., Portland, Oregon. "Lawrence letters received and enjoyed. On your birthday did you enjoy the M J in imagination ..."
